Rebecca J. Caprood, 62, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Glens Falls on Sept. 16, 1952, she was the daughter of Minnie (Russo) Maille and the late Earl Maille.
She graduated from Queensbury High School.
On August 30, 1969, she married Carl J Caprood at Our Lady of Annunciation Parish.
In Rebecca’s younger years, she enjoyed bowling, play bingo listening to music and dancing. In her later years, she enjoyed shopping.
She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, and mother. Her greatest joy was taking care of her children.
Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 45 years, Carl J. Caprood Sr., son, Carl J. Caprood Jr. and wife Kim, daughter, Kimberly Caprood, grandson, Anthony J. Caprood, her mother, Minnie Maille, siblings, Joe Maille and wife Kate, Gary Maille and wife Donna, Michelle Maille, and Connie VanEtten and husband Van, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
