SOUTH GLENS FALLS
Paul R. Duell, 64, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at the Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Born August 4, 1950 in Corinth, NY, he was the son of the late Herbert and Anna (Wheeler) Duell.
In 1979, Paul married Susan Delaney. Paul was an outdoorsman who enjoyed many activities in nature including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, and boating. He belonged to the Buck Mountain Fish and Game Club.
In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by his brother Claude Duell and his wife Bert, and his sisters; Patricia Duell and Evelyn Duell.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 35 years, Susan Duell, his son Adam Duell and his wife Stephanie, his daughter Rachel Duell, his son Dan Duell, his grandchildren; Eric, Isabelle, and Keegan Duell, his sister Karyl MacDonald and her husband Wick, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At Paul’s request, there will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the care of the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 136 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY 12803. To leave online condolences or to view Paul’s Book of Memories, please visit www.kilmerfuneralhome.com.
A graveside service will be conducted in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Corinth, NY.
