Clinton Joiner, 69, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Glens Falls Hospital.

Born in Fort Edward on August 15, 1945, he was the son of the late Raymond and Olive (Hatch) Joiner.

On August 12, 2000, he married, Pauline Holcomb at his sister’s house, Helen’s in Fort Edward.

He worked for many years at the Town of Fort Edward Department of Public Works.

Clinton and Pauline attended the Argyle Presbyterian Church.

He enjoyed playing bingo, poker, and really enjoyed his time at Washington Center.

Besides his parents, Clinton in predeceased by his siblings, Patricia Sherwood, Louise VanGuilder, Marlene Williams, Raymond Joiner Jr., and Steven Joiner.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 14 years Pauline Joiner, daughter, Peggy Joiner, son, Matt Joiner, sisters, Marie Farren and Sylvia Regner and husband Bart, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will follow calling hours at 11am at the church with Rev. Stephen McLean, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

The family wishes to say thank you to all the nurses on Hillview at Washington Center for the excellent care they gave him.
