Sherry Pauline (Salls) Cenate, 70, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Washington Center in Argyle with her family by her side.

Born in Cambridge on October 1, 1944, she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Reed) Salls.

Sherry enjoyed bingo, casinos, yard sales, and most of all loved spending time with her family.

Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her daughter Victoria Humiston who passed in 2010.

Left to cherish her memories is her daughter, Shari Pierce and husband Kyle of Westminister, VT, two sons, Rodney Humiston and partner Jackie of Fort Edward, and Steven Humiston and wife Lori of Greenwich, grandchildren, Kristi Kelley and husband Adam, Kyle Pierce Jr. and fiancée Dana Vosburgh, Rodney Humiston Jr., Tommy Cheney, Steven Humiston Jr., Ashley Humiston, Emily Humiston, Atumn Humiston, and Orion Humiston, two great grandchildren, Kaylee Kelley, and Karter Pierce.

At Sherry’s request, there will be no calling hours.

Service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Washington Center for the great care Sherry received.
