Clarence “Tom” Lindheimer, 68, passed away Thursday June 11, 2015 at Albany Medical Center.

Born April 16, 1947, in Albany, New York, he was the son of the late John and Nellie (Landers) Lindheimer.

Tom graduated from Colonie Central School in Albany, NY.

Tom married the love of his life Anna (Farewell) Lindheimer on July 24, 1971 in Medina, NY, and they spent 44 happy years together.

Tom retired as janitor from Greenwich Central School in 2001. He was an active honorary member of the Cossayuna Fire Department for many years. He enjoyed fishing, old car shows and especially spending time with his grandchildren.

Besides his parents Tom is predeceased by his brother, John Sr., infant brother, Louie and his nephew, Michael.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Anna Lindheimer; his daughters, Tammy Jenkins, Kimberley McMurray, Patti Bassuk and Michelle Roberts; his son-in-law Tommy Poole; his grandchildren, Brett Thomas McMurray, Caleb Joseph Stevens, Dylan Tyler Shaw, Destiny Taylor Shaw, Michael and Victoria; his brother James Ruchel; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call on Saturday June 13, 2015 from 6-8pm at M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 123 Main Street, Argyle, NY 12809. To leave online condolences or to view Tom’s Book of Memories, please visit www.kilmerfuneralhome.com.

A funeral service will be conducted following calling hours at 8pm, with the Rev. Paul Stevens, officiating.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
