John Thomas Faulhaber Jr., 87, of Richmond, VA, formerly of Fort Edward, went to be with our Lord, on Monday, July 20, 2015 at his home in Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Georgia; his parents, John and Mildred; and brothers, James and Louis.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Liesfeld Faulhaber; and was affectionately known as "The Great White Father" to eight daughters, Mary Legault (Daniel), Barbara Gomiliar (Stephen), Shirley Faulhaber, Patricia Green (Keith), Becky Combs (Jim), Karen Gattuso, Jackie Abernathy (Walden) and Kathy Charles Goins (Terry); his grandchildren, Paul, Daniel, Elizabeth, Tyler, Joseph, Sarah and Amanda; his great- granddaughter, Georgia Grace; and a dear family friend, Gloria Loffler.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Friday, July 31, 2015 at St. Joseph Church, 164 Broadway, Fort Edward.

Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Fort Edward.
