Nancy Friday,74, passed away Sunday July 31, 2016 at Albany Medical Center.

Born on December 13, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Malcomb and Hazel (Maloney) Sharpe.

On September 10, 1963 Nancy married the love of her life Robert Friday.

She loved being with her family, if there was a party she was there. If there was music you could count on her to be up dancing. Nancy loved cooking and was famous for her potato salad and Christmas lasagna which will be missed.

In addition to her parents Nancy was predeceased by her sister, Sharon Keehan.

Left to cherish her memory include her husband of 53 years, Robert E. Friday; daughters, Doreen Friday and her companion Gary Mabb, Krissy Buttino and her husband Michael; sons, David Friday, Michael Friday, Stephen Friday and his wife Lisa; grandchildren, Robby Whiting, Brian Whiting, Ryan Friday, Kaylah Gibson, Kimberly Friday; brother, Ronnie Sharpe, Mike Sharpe; sister Peggy Sharpe Balle; her beloved dog, Molly; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call from 12-2p.m. on Wednesday August 3, 2016 at M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home 136 Main St. South Glens Falls, NY 12803.

A funeral service will be held at 2p.m. at the funeral home following the calling hours with Pastor Francis Galerie of the First Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will follow at Southside cemetery, South Glens Falls, NY 12803.

The family would like to thank Albany Medical Center, all the nurses and doctors for their tremendous care on the stroke unit.
