Patrick M. Mullen, 64, passed away unexpectedly due to complications of diabetes on Friday, September 23, 2016 at his home.

Born May 17, 1952 in Glens Falls he was the son of Joan (Hess) Mullen and the late Charles “Cooch” Mullen.

He graduated from Fort Edward High School and continued his education at SUNY Plattsburgh where Patrick received his Bachelor’s degree.

In 1980 Patrick married Jeanie St. Mary.

Patrick was employed by the Fort Edward pool, Washington County Sheriff’s Department from 1976-1986 and retired from the Hudson Falls Police Department as a dispatcher from 1986-2009.

He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, history, fly fishing and riding four-wheelers.

Left to cherish his memory include his mother, Joan (Hess) Mullen of Fort Edward; wife, Jeanie Mullen of Fort Edward ; sister, Melissa VanEarden and her husband Harold “Howsie” of Saratoga Springs; brother, Peter Mullen of Connecticut; nephews, Zachary VanEarden of San Diego and Ben VanEarden of Saratoga Springs; niece, Rachel VanEarden of Saratoga Springs; brother-in-law Gary St. Mary and his wife Karen of Greenwich; nephews, Bob St. Mary and his wife Elaine of Greenwich and their daughter Alyssa and Matt St. Mary of Greenwich; uncle, James Godfrey of Fort Edward; Aunt, Shirley Havens and her husband Malcom of Hudson Falls.

At Patrick's request there will be no calling hours.

A graveside service will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 at 11am at Easton Rural Cemetery, 227 Meeting House Road, Easton, NY, off of Route 40 to Grove Road to Meeting House Road.

Memorial donations in Patrick’s memory may be made to Hudson Falls PBA 218 Main St, Hudson Falls, NY 12839.
