Allen “Joe” Brown, 53, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 unexpectedly at his home.

Born on February 8, 1964 in Glens Falls to Arthur Concus of MA the late Lona Mosher Brown Atkison.

Joe enjoyed tinkering around with motors, going to garage sales, selling scrap metal and riding four-wheelers and snowmobiles.

Besides his mother, Joe was also predeceased by is step-fathers, Ronald Atkison and Julius Brown.

Left to cherish his memory include his step children, Michael Ball, step-daughter in-law, Amanda Haner, Jami Hart, Tia Green and Camisha Gatchell; step grandchildren, Marasta Labshere, Danielle Green, Stephen Clark Jr., Alyssa Clark, Abigail Labshere, Kaine Campbell, Brock Stansfield Jr., Cameron Stansfield, Lasandra Stansfield, Codie Hungerford, Lucas Hungerford, Mykenzie Hungerford; his brothers and sisters, Stanley Pratt Jr and his wife Candy, Inez Carpenter, Wendy Holcomb, Kenneth “Hank” Brown and wife Lisa, and Jessie Atkison, his cousin, Manny Manning; and his aunt, Doll and his uncle, Bob. And several nieces, nephews and cousins.
