Daniel W. LaPointe, 35, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 as a result of a motorcycle accident.

Born January 18, 1982 in Glens Falls he is the son of David Kipp and Christene (Walsh) Larvia.

He attended Queensbury High School.

Dan was the owner and operator of All American Automotive on Main St. in Hudson Falls.

He loved riding motorcycles, snowmobiling, boating, and four-wheeling. Dan was a people person who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His biggest passion in life was his daughter Payton.

Dan was a compassionate, giving man who would do anything to help out anyone in need.

His family and friends will miss his big smile with that twinkle in his eye.

Dan was predeceased by his great grandparents, Albert and Tressa Byers; grandparents, Pete and Joanne Walsh; uncle, Fred Byers; cousin, Scott Byers; and best friend, Keith Tatro.

Left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Payton LaPointe; mother, Christene Larvia and her husband Ed; father, David Kipp; sisters, Tonya Dufour and her husband Ron, Wendy Hurlburt and her husband Cory, Michelle LaPointe, and Laurie Moon; brothers, Michael LaPointe, and David Kippand his wife Lorrie; nieces, Kylee, Brianna, Whitney, Briauna, Brooklynn, and Abigale; nephews, Tyler and Michael; very close cousins and friends, Jen and Josh Cook; along with several, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call from 11a.m. – 2p.m. on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home 82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828.

At the family’s request there will be no services.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
